The Mockup demonstrates the "command page" of a strata committee working through a fire order. As a complex and long-running job, that's not the everyday scenario that committees and owners are dealing with, but demonstrates a complex workflow and aspirational user experience. The owner can see the progress, the tasks completed, and still required. Who the contractors are. What the decision process has been. Owners can comment. Documents are all in one place, along with budgets, quotes, and invoices. Ideally things don't get forgotten and owners, or committee, can collaborate and record everything without lots of emailing.
The Roadmap structures this as a series of 'experiments' to evolve into something increasingly useful. Note that you can click on experiements, tasks, and logs for more detail.
